If you have interacted with a clinic using Clinicly's AI receptionist via Instagram, WhatsApp, or our web chatbot, you can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you.

To submit a data deletion request, please email us at:

Please include the following in your request:

• Your name or username
• The platform you used (Instagram, WhatsApp, or web chat)
• The approximate date of your interaction

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
