1. About Clinicly

Clinicly is operated by CLINICLY HEALTH LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17452992), with registered address at 14 Grenville Place, Flat 23, London, England, SW7 4RW. By using our platform at clinicly.co.uk, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

Clinicly provides AI-powered receptionist software for aesthetic clinics. Our platform connects to Instagram Direct and WhatsApp via Meta Platform APIs to automatically respond to patient enquiries on behalf of clinics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to operate a business to use Clinicly. By connecting your Instagram or WhatsApp Business account, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and that your use complies with Meta's Terms of Service.

4. Use of Meta Platform APIs

Clinicly uses Meta's Instagram and WhatsApp Business APIs solely to send automated responses to messages received by your connected business accounts. You authorise Clinicly to access your messages for this purpose. We access only the minimum permissions required and do not use your data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. You may revoke this access at any time through your Meta Business settings.

5. Acceptable Use

• You must not use Clinicly to send spam, misleading messages, or content that violates Meta's Community Standards.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to your patients via Clinicly's AI responses.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Clinicly platform.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and UK data protection law.

6. Subscription and Payment

Clinicly is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clinicly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for medical or clinical contexts. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI responses before they reach patients. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLINICLY HEALTH LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or violate Meta's Platform Policies. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
